This course contains three follow along warm up routines that will help you warm up and physically prepare for practicing Arm Balances, Inversions and Handstands. These were designed for people who have joined my 30 hour Arm Balance, Inversion and Handstand training but can also be used as a standalone course on how to build strength for practicing these skills.
