30h Arm Balance, Inversions and Handstand Training

Immerse yourself in the practice of Handstands, Arm Balances and Inversions! Over the course of 3 weekends and under the guidance of our master in Inversions, Tim Genee, you will learn all there is to know about these 3 themes. This 30h course is suitable for students and teachers that want to uplevel their skills. The course is divided in 3 ‘paths’: arm balances, inversions and handstands. Students are welcome to commit to the full course, including all 3 paths (3 weekends), or choose a separate path (1 day per weekend).

We will start with the fundamentals, progressing to intermediate and even advanced poses and variations. Learn how to properly warm up, how to strengthen specific parts of the body, step-by-step approaches on getting into poses (as well as getting out 😉), how to regress or progress certain poses and much, much more!
